We are looking for a Project Delivery Executive to support and coordinate the execution and timely delivery of solar projects. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution from planning through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution and delivery of solar projects as per approved timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, site teams, vendors, contractors, and customers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements, availability, dispatch, and delivery to project sites.
- Track project-related documentation, approvals, drawings, work orders, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper installation and execution as per approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor project milestones and highlight delays, dependencies, and critical issues to the reporting manager.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with contractors and vendors regarding manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
- Coordinate site visits and maintain regular communication with project execution teams.
- Assist in resolving project-related operational and technical issues by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Ensure project activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
- Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports, MIS, and other project-related records.
- Prepare regular updates on project status, pending activities, material requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of projects after completion.
- Support customer communication and address project-related queries in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Identify potential execution risks and escalate them to the reporting manager for timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, and ITI or a related feild.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar project execution, project coordination, or project delivery.
- Basic understanding of Solar PV systems and project execution processes.
- Good knowledge of project planning, coordination, and site execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously.
