💼 Position: Monitoring Executive – Solar
🎓 Education
BCA/ B Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy
Graduation – Any Stream
✅ Freshers are welcome to apply
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Real-time monitoring of solar plants
✅ Monitor generation & plant performance
✅ Identify faults, alarms & downtime
✅ Coordinate with site/O&M teams for issue resolution
✅ Daily monitoring & performance reports
✅ Maintain proper operational records
💡 Requirements
Graduation – Any Stream
✅ Freshers are welcome to apply
0-1 years of experience in Solar Monitoring / O&M preferred
* Basic knowledge of electrical & solar systems
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Knowledge of SCADA / Solar Monitoring Portals will be an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
