14+ years of overall professional experience, with strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience in Program management/Project management/Business transformation, Strategy planning or similar roles.
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects.
- Experience working across different business and functional teams.
- Experience influencing people and driving work without having direct reporting authority.
- Experience in understanding, analyzing and evaluating technical requirements from a system and implementation perspective.
Skill set
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project and program management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding and analysis of technical requirements.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, dependencies and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior business leaders to understand business plans, priorities and upcoming projects.
- Forecast future resource and skill requirements.
- Influence Project Owners and PMs to align their plans with business priorities.
- Track important projects and ensure they are progressing as planned.
- Coordinate across different teams and functions to ensure smooth execution.
- Support leadership in deciding priorities when there are multiple projects and limited resources.
- Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and are delivering the expected value
