DealSchool is a practical learning platform for aspiring VC and investment professionals. We go beyond classroom learning to give participants practical exposure to startups, venture capital, investment evaluation and the real-world workings of the ecosystem.
Deal School is an initiative of Middha Ventures, SME Family Office investing in early-stage startups.
We are looking for a Program Manager who can help us build, run and grow DealSchool.
This is an early-stage role with significant ownership. You will be involved in building the platform.
Key Deliverables
· Manage the end-to-end execution of DealSchool cohorts.
· Coordinate sessions, mentors, speakers and fellows.
· Identify gaps in the fellow experience and improve the program.
· Drive applications and enrolments for upcoming cohorts through multiple campaigns.
· Explore colleges, student communities, partnerships and other acquisition channels.
· Work with the marketing team on campaigns and growth initiatives.
· Develop initiatives to keep the community active beyond the cohort.
· Support events, networking sessions and ecosystem interactions.
· Coordinate with investors, founders, mentors and industry professionals.
Who We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and execution abilities.
· Comfortable speaking to students, professionals, founders and mentors.
· Interest in startups, venture capital, finance and education.
