Role Description The Life Coaching Program Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The advisor will guide prospective and current participants through UCF’s coaching pathways, explaining program structures, certification levels, and career outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, and helping individuals select appropriate coaching programs aligned with their personal and professional goals. The advisor will collaborate with coaching and training teams to coordinate schedules, track participant progress, and provide ongoing support and motivation. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to outreach initiatives, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive experience for all program participants.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Life Coaching and Personal Development to effectively support and guide participants on their growth journeys.
- Proficiency in Coaching and Training to explain program content, facilitate learning, and reinforce core coaching competencies.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to build trust across diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in advising or counseling roles, preferably within coaching, education, or professional development environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and handle multiple participants and tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with coaching certifications or frameworks (ACC, PCC, MCC or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, education, human resources, or a related field; relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices, with a genuine interest in leadership and transformation.
