KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admissions
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve targets
• Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Good convincing, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
