Job Title: Plant Head – Manufacturing

About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Plant Head to run our 8,000 sq. ft.
manufacturing facility — covering glass/acrylic printing, CNC machining,
mechanical workshop, soldering, electronics testing, touch-panel
assembly, and dispatch. You'll own daily production flow, machine uptime,
and team output, while working closely with a young, growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily production planning, output tracking, and on-time dispatch
Allocate manpower against production priorities; flag shortages early
Provide technical direction for CNC machining, workshop operations,
and R&D builds
Coordinate cross-functional activities: assembly, testing, spray
painting, screen printing, anodizing, machining
Maintain machines, equipment, and plant infrastructure; minimizedowntime
Drive Kaizen, process time reduction, and productivity initiatives
Ensure ERP compliance and shop-floor process discipline
Enforce 5S, safety, and plant discipline
Resolve day-to-day issues across Production, R&D, Quality, Stores,
and Dispatch
Submit monthly plant performance reports
Who Can Apply (Ideal Backgrounds):
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals — materials,
machining, workshop equipment
Practical CNC and machine maintenance knowledge
Proven manpower/production management experience
Comfortable in a mixed mechanical + electronics environment
(added advantage)
Hands-on, shop-floor leadership style — not a purely desk-based
role
Good with a young team; open to mentoring and day-to-day floor
presence
Preferred industry experience includes:
