Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field; 5-7 years manufacturing leadership in elastomers/polymers/rubber molding/EMI shielding; experience with compression molding, transfer molding, elastomer bonding, die cutting; ERP/MRP proficiency; ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
