Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing daily production planning, scheduling, and execution for conveyor belting products. This role coordinates with design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met consistently. The Production Manager monitors production performance metrics, identifies bottlenecks, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Daily tasks include managing production documentation, ensuring adherence to specifications, communicating timelines and priorities to stakeholders, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience managing or supervising production teams, even in a remote coordination capacity, is an advantage.
