We're a growing packaging manufacturer specializing in mono cartons, corrugated boxes, and folding cartons, looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our offset printing operations.
What you'll own:
🔹 End-to-end production planning & floor management
🔹 Offset printing, die-cutting, and finishing quality control
🔹 Manpower scheduling and productivity optimization
🔹 Coordination between sales, design, and dispatch teams
🔹 Ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality
What we're looking for:
✅ 8+ years in offset printing/packaging production
✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of carton & corrugated box manufacturing
✅ Proven team leadership and shop-floor management experience
✅ Based in or willing to relocate to Kanpur
