Senior Oracle SCM Consultant – Maintenance Cloud

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle SCM Consultant – Maintenance Cloud to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Maintenance Cloud solutions at our client place.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle SCM and ERP, with proven hands-on expertise in Oracle Maintenance Cloud implementations and a strong understanding of enterprise asset management, maintenance processes, and supply chain integration.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle SCM professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, plant operations, and maintenance functions to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Maintenance Cloud implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design and optimize preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance processes aligned with EAM best practices.
- Configure Oracle Maintenance Cloud to meet complex business and operational requirements.
- Integrate Oracle Maintenance Cloud with Oracle SCM/ERP modules including:
- Oracle Inventory, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Costing & Financials
- Lead legacy maintenance data migration, including asset registers, work orders, maintenance schedules, item structures, and related master data.
- Work closely with business leaders, plant managers, maintenance teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios/scripts.
- Support user training, knowledge transfer, documentation, and development of SOPs.
- Troubleshoot complex functional, configuration, integration, and production issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement using Oracle Cloud capabilities and latest product updates.
- Explore and support emerging capabilities such as IoT-enabled predictive maintenance where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management and ERP systems, with experience across Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations specifically in Oracle Maintenance Cloud.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Work Order Management and Execution
- Preventive Maintenance
- Maintenance Planning
- Maintenance Supply Chain Processes
- Supply Chain Orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools including:
- OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), FBDI, HDL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Oracle Maintenance Cloud Certification or relevant Oracle SCM Cloud certification.
- Experience integrating Oracle Maintenance Cloud with Oracle IoT Asset Monitoring.
- Experience with Oracle eAM to Oracle Maintenance Cloud migration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
