Job details:
The role: Production Chef
What you'll do:
• Cook our chilli oils and condiments from set recipes
• Fry, temper and infuse oils at controlled temperatures
• Follow hygiene and FSSAI food safety practices
• Keep simple production and quality records
This is a food production kitchen, not a restaurant. We cook every day, there's chilli frying involved, and every jar has to taste exactly like the last one. If you enjoy precision more than plating, you'll like it here.
What we offer:
• Fixed day shift, no late nights
• Salary on a fixed date, every time
• Hands-on training on our process
• A chance to grow with a new brand from day one
Good fit: kitchen, catering, halwai, pickle or sauce unit experience. A food production or pickle-making certificate is a plus. Freshers with a strong kitchen background are welcome too.
