Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to manage day-to-day platform activities, ensure smooth partner operations, and maintain high service quality across calls and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor daily call operations
- Manage WhatsApp conversations and ensure timely closures
- Onboard new partners and track their performance
- Ensure quality control through partner reviews and analytics
- Maintain overall operational efficiency of the platform
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of operations/customer handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
