Role Description The Production & Packing Incharge for the Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees day-to-day production and packing operations, including planning and scheduling batches, monitoring line performance, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The position is responsible for supervising production and packing teams, allocating resources, managing shift activities, and maintaining accurate production and inventory records. The role also involves coordinating with quality assurance, R&D, and warehouse teams for smooth workflows, overseeing packaging materials usage, and implementing process improvements to reduce defects and wastage. The Production & Packing Incharge ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, supports equipment upkeep, and drives continuous optimization of productivity and compliance in the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations in the cosmetic or FMCG sector.
- Experience supervising packing lines, managing packaging materials, and implementing efficient packing processes.
- Understanding of quality control, GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to cosmetic and personal care products.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in maintaining production reports, inventory documentation, and basic use of ERP or manufacturing software tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in engineering, cosmetics, chemistry, or a related field; prior experience in personal care or cosmetic manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and handle shift-based responsibilities as required by production demands.
