๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ป:
- CRM campaigns across Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email & In-App channels
- Customer journey creation and campaign execution
- User segmentation and performance tracking
- Content creation for customer communication
- Data analysis and campaign reporting
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
- Exposure to CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.
- Strong written communication skills
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and engagement
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making
- Ownership mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience in Product, Growth, CRM, Marketing, or Content-related roles/internships
- Prior startup experience
