We have Opening for Principal Officer with a Leading Private Equity Firm !!!
Experience: 5+ Years
Education: CA/ CS/ MBA
Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad)
Working Days: 5 Days (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for the investment procedure. This entails conducting business and industry research as well as communicating with potential investment possibilities and investment bankers.
- At the time of investing, an outside accounting company was in charge of overseeing the accounting due diligence.This entails defining their areas of interest, directing their research, and formulating suggestions.
- Collaborating with law firms to ensure that the Fund's interests are safeguarded and that the commercial understanding is completely covered.
- Creating reports for the investors and the rest of the team after reviewing and analyzing the monthly MIS.
- Collaborating closely with investee firms' management. creating and evaluating MIS for investee businesses and monitoring their performance.
- input on performance updates, new business prospects, and areas for development to investee companies.
- Relevant experience in investing, listed market PMS, equity research.
