Are you a target-driven sales leader who knows how to build a high-performing outbound sales team?
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Telemarketing with strong hardcore outbound sales experience and a proven track record of achieving team targets.
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: 3:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Lead and motivate a team of outbound telemarketing executives
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales & lead-generation targets
* Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, talk time, and productivity
* Coach the team on pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
* Conduct call audits and performance reviews
* Maintain CRM discipline and sales reporting
* Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions
*What We’re Looking For*
* 3–5 years of experience in hardcore outbound sales/telemarketing/inside sales
* 1–2 years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience
* Proven experience handling high-volume outbound calling
* Strong track record of achieving sales/conversion targets
* Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
* Experience with CRM and sales reporting
Candidates from BPO, EdTech, Education, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Real Estate, or similar high-volume outbound sales environments are preferred.
Important: This is a hardcore outbound sales role. Candidates with primarily inbound calling or customer-service experience may not be suitable.
