🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Principal Officer – PPI
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
💰 Salary: ₹12 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

EG Payment is looking for an experienced Principal Officer – PPI to lead regulatory compliance, AML/CFT operations, and RBI authorisation readiness for our prepaid payment instrument business.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the RBI PPI authorisation application and approval process.
✅ Develop and implement KYC/AML/CFT policies and compliance frameworks.
✅ Handle FIU-IND registration, STR filings, and regulatory reporting.
✅ Ensure compliance with PMLA, RBI KYC Master Direction, and applicable PPI regulations.
✅ Oversee transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and sanctions screening.
✅ Coordinate with RBI, FIU-IND, auditors, and senior management.
✅ Manage regulatory filings, inspections, compliance reporting, and staff training.
Requirements:
🔹 Graduate in Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum 5 years of relevant AML/KYC or RBI regulatory compliance experience in banking, NBFCs, payment companies, or regulated fintech.
🔹 Hands-on experience with STR filing through FINGate/FINnet and dealing with FIU-IND.
🔹 Strong knowledge of PMLA, RBI KYC Master Direction, and PPI regulations.
🔹 RBI licensing experience or previous experience as a Principal Officer will be an advantage.
