About the role
BulqBox sources surplus, overstock and returned inventory from brands, manufacturers and e-commerce platforms, and sells it in bulk. You will find, qualify and close high-value buyers for this stock across India: wholesalers, retailers, bin stores, exporters and resellers.
What you'll do

- Generate leads through trade networks, wholesale markets, B2B portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, trade fairs and referrals.
- Qualify every lead on budget, categories, payment ability and repeat potential before passing it on or closing it.
- Match incoming lots to the right buyers and close deals: pitch, share manifests, negotiate price, collect advance.
- Grow repeat and high-ticket accounts (₹5 lakh+ per order).
- Keep the CRM up to date with lead source, status, deal value and follow-ups.
Must have
- 3+ years selling in bulk B2B, preferably liquidation, surplus, off-price or wholesale stock.
- An existing buyer network in at least one major market (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad or Jaipur).

- Hindi and English; a regional language is a plus.
Success in this role
- 30 new qualified buyers added per month.
- Lead-to-order conversion of 40%+.
- Monthly sales target met, with ≥ 50% from repeat buyers.
