Krayr Media | Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-Site | Full-time | 1 to 3 Years Experience
About Krayr Media
We are a full-service MarTech, branding, and content agency working with 150+ brands across luxury hospitality, F&B, Automobile, EdTech, D2C, real estate, event management, and lifestyle categories. Our work is built on tight, intentional craft: strategy, creative, and performance under one roof.
With our footprint in Jaipur, we are building a dedicated GEO practice. We are looking for a GEO Executive who understands that a brand now gets found inside an AI answer, and that most of what goes into that answer is built off-site: on social platforms, communities, forums, directories, and the third-party pages the engines trust.
The Role
You will be the hands that build a brand's presence across the web so that AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot find it, trust it, and cite it.
Working closely with our GEO lead, you will run the off-site and social side of GEO: building citations, managing community presence on Reddit and Quora, earning mentions on the right third-party sites, and tracking whether any of it is moving the needle. You will also support the on-site work and the audits that guide the strategy.
This role is for someone who already knows off-page SEO well and has watched closely how social and community content has started feeding AI answers.
What You'll Own
- Off-page SEO execution: quality link building, digital PR placements, guest posts, brand mentions, business listings, and directory citations that are relevant to each client's category
- Off-site citation building: getting clients mentioned on the review sites, listicles, comparison pages, forums, and publications the AI engines pull from in that vertical
- Reddit and Quora presence: finding the right subreddits and Quora spaces, following each community's rules, and contributing useful answers that earn trust and upvotes, not bans
- Social platform optimisation for discovery: making sure brand profiles and content on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X are complete, consistent, and searchable, since these surfaces are increasingly referenced in AI answers
- Google Business Profile and local presence: keeping listings accurate, active, and well reviewed, especially for hospitality, F&B, and automobile clients
- Entity consistency: making sure a brand's name, description, location, and key facts match across every platform and listing so AI engines read it as one clear entity
- AI visibility tracking: running prompt checks across engines, logging where clients are cited or missing, and maintaining citation and share of voice trackers
- Prompt and query research support: collecting the real questions buyers ask AI tools in each category
- Supporting on-site work: briefing FAQ sections, comparison content, and basic schema needs to the content and SEO teams
- Reporting: preparing clear weekly and monthly updates on links built, mentions earned, community activity, and citation movement
- Coordination with the SMM, content, and SEO teams so off-site and social work stays aligned with what is being published
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years in off-page SEO, digital marketing, or social media, with work you can walk us through
- Strong off-page SEO knowledge: link quality, anchor text, domain relevance, toxic links, and what Google treats as spam
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms: how each one works, what content performs, and how profiles and posts get discovered
- Real, hands-on Reddit and Quora experience: you understand karma, moderation, self-promotion rules, and the difference between contributing and spamming
- A clear, current understanding of what GEO is and how AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews pick their sources
- Comfort with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, or equivalents
- Interest in AI visibility tools such as Profound, Peec, Otterly, or Semrush's AI tracking, and the willingness to learn ours
- Good written English for community answers, outreach emails, and pitches. Hindi is a plus for regional work
- Organised and detail-focused: you can track hundreds of links, mentions, and prompts without losing the thread
- Honest reporting instinct: you show what moved and what did not, without dressing it up
- Comfort with fast turnarounds and handling multiple brands at once
Bonus Points If You
- Have built a Reddit or Quora profile with genuine history and reputation
- Have done digital PR or outreach that landed placements on known publications
- Have worked on hospitality, luxury, automobile, or local business accounts
- Understand basic schema, structured data, and Wikipedia or Wikidata notability rules
- Can write well enough to draft community answers and outreach without heavy editing
- Use AI tools daily and can show how they make your work faster
- Are based in Jaipur or open to relocating
What We Offer
- A ground floor role in a GEO practice we are actively building, not a routine link building desk
- Learning directly from the GEO lead and founding team on live client accounts
- Access to a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, SEO, writers, social, performance, and production
- Category exposure across luxury hospitality, automobile, D2C, EdTech, and more
- A clear growth path into GEO Specialist as the practice scales
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience
- An office in Jaipur that treats craft, quiet focus, and creative rigor as non-negotiables
