📌 Role Summary
This is a high-impact, intrapreneurial leadership role designed for a seasoned consulting or outsourcing professional. The primary goal is to build domestic Indian market from the ground up, transitioning a North America-focused boutique firm into a prominent player in the Indian region.
🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Annual Revenue Target: ₹5 Crore ($600K–$700K USD).
- Core Focus Area: Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and sourcing/advisory contracts.
- P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the financial health and growth of the India business unit.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10 to 20 years in consulting, advisory, or outsourcing sales.
- Target Background: Alumni from Big 4 firms or specialized advisory shops like ISG, Avasant, or Zinnov.
- Location: Delhi (NCR) preferred, with hybrid options in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
