Lead SME for Digital for HSE program, bridging static (paper HAZOP, manual logs) and dynamic (real-time barrier management) safety. Ensures digital tools accurately reflect physical asset reality to prevent major accidents. Requires Chemical/Process/Mechanical Engineering degree, PHA methodology training (HAZOP/LOPA leader certification preferred), and comfort with AI/IoT/Cloud tech.
