Job Title: Plant Head (Cable Manufacturing Only)
Department: Cable – Oversea Department

Location: [ Mangoan, Raigad, Maharashtra]
We are looking for candidates with mandatory experience in the Cable Manufacturing industry (LT/HT/HV/EHV). Candidates from Automotive, Battery, Solar, Chemical, Steel, Oil & Gas, or other manufacturing industries will not be considered.
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head with a strong background in Cable Manufacturing to lead end-to-end plant operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Operations within the cable industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch.
- Plan, organize, and optimize manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
- Drive plant productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and build a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and company standards.
- Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, OEE, inventory, quality, and manufacturing costs.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Review plant MIS and present operational performance to management.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Supply Chain, and Stores for smooth plant operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 15+ years of experience in the Cable Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Plant Management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Manufacturing Excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
