Plant Head – Manufacturing
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (Delhi NCR)

Our operations include chemical blending, high-speed filling and packing, plastics manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and increasing levels of automation and digital integration.
We are seeking a capable, energetic and hands-on manufacturing leader to head our Bhiwadi plant.
The Role
The Plant Head will be responsible for the complete day-to-day performance of the manufacturing facility.
This is a highly visible, shop-floor-oriented leadership role. The successful candidate must be comfortable spending substantial time in production areas, working closely with departmental heads, resolving operational constraints and driving disciplined execution.
The Plant Head will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will have clear accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and People Development.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for plant performance and daily manufacturing operations.
Lead all plant functions through their respective departmental heads, including:
Blending
Filling and Packing
Plastics Manufacturing
Engineering and Maintenance
Quality Systems
Production Planning
Warehousing
Logistics and Dispatch
Environment, Health and Safety
Plant HR
Manufacturing Excellence and 5S
Deliver production plans while maintaining required quality, safety and customer service standards.
Improve plant productivity, throughput, capacity utilisation and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
Reduce manufacturing losses, breakdowns, wastage, rejection and conversion cost.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and structured continuous-improvement programmes.
Establish strong shop-floor discipline, visual management and housekeeping standards.
Lead daily production reviews and ensure rapid closure of operational issues.
Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Coordinate effectively with Purchase, Finance, OEM Business, Sales, HR and other corporate functions.
Support the implementation of new machinery, automation, utilities and capacity-expansion projects.
Develop departmental heads, managers, engineers and supervisors.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability and problem-solving across the plant.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, safety and customer requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial or a related discipline.
Approximately 12–18 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
At least 4–6 years in a significant plant leadership or operations leadership role.
Experience in automotive, lubricants, chemicals, plastics, FMCG, packaging, consumer products or high-volume process manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary manufacturing teams.
Strong understanding of production systems, maintenance, quality, logistics and cost control.
Practical exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, performance-oriented and entrepreneurial organisation.
Strong analytical, communication, decision-making and people-management skills.
A visible and hands-on leader who prefers active shop-floor involvement over office-based supervision.
