Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving campus placement activities and career readiness initiatives for learners. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations, coordinating recruitment drives and placement events, and managing communication between learners and employer partners. The Placement Officer will guide learners through career counseling sessions, resume and interview preparation, and skills development workshops aligned with industry needs. Daily responsibilities include tracking placement data, preparing reports, collaborating with academic and training teams, and ensuring learners receive timely support and guidance throughout their job search. The role also requires staying updated on labor market trends and contributing to strategies that enhance learner employability outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and employer relationship skills to manage recruitment drives and partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and mentoring skills to guide learners on career paths, job search strategies, and skill development.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to conduct placement-oriented workshops, mock interviews, and resume clinics.
- Candidates should possess Education sector understanding to align placement activities with academic and skill-based programs.
- Relevant experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, talent acquisition, or career services is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills, with proficiency in common office and collaboration tools, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, Career Counseling, or a related field is advantageous.
