Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based in Noida. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process in line with client requirements. The role involves working closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand job specifications, hiring timelines, and compliance needs, while maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The US Recruiter will also support continuous improvement initiatives, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline across multiple domains.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in US recruitment or staffing, including full-cycle hiring for multiple roles and levels.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Dice), LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with client teams.
- Solid understanding of US job market, time zones, and common hiring practices; exposure to RPO environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, as well as basic MS Office proficiency.
- Flexible to work in overlapping US time zones and maintain professional conduct across cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR, business, or related fields preferred.
- Experience working with U.S. enterprises or staffing firms and familiarity with data privacy and compliance practices is beneficial.
