Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Bengaluru South. The Placement Officer will coordinate and facilitate campus placement activities, conduct career counseling sessions, build and maintain relationships with recruiters, and organize training programs to enhance students' employability. The role involves close collaboration with academic staff and students, ensuring a seamless process for both employers and candidates during placement drives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Campus Placement coordination and employer relationship management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Capabilities in Career Counseling and guiding students for their professional growth
- Experience in organizing Training and skill development programs
- Background in Education or experience in academic institutions is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
