This is a senior-level opportunity for an HR professional with strong experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, workforce planning, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, and team leadership.

🔎 Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the HR team and managing end-to-end HR operations. The role will work closely with leadership to implement people strategies, improve employee experience, strengthen HR processes, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Team Management
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team across day-to-day HR functions
✔ Ensure effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle
✔ Build team capability and promote accountability within the HR function
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
✔ Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
✔ Support workforce planning and manpower requirements
✔ Manage onboarding processes and ensure a smooth employee joining experience
Employee Relations & Engagement
✔ Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns
✔ Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
✔ Support retention initiatives and improve overall employee experience
Performance Management
✔ Oversee performance management processes and appraisal cycles
✔ Work with managers to drive performance improvement and accountability
✔ Support goal-setting, feedback, and employee development initiatives
HR Compliance & Policies
✔ Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws and HR regulations
✔ Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
✔ Ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization
HR Analytics & Reporting
✔ Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
✔ Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management updates
✔ Identify workforce trends and recommend appropriate HR actions
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
✔ Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational requirements
✔ Support organizational development and people-planning initiatives
✔ Assist in aligning HR strategies with business objectives
Compensation, Benefits & HRIS
✔ Manage compensation and benefits administration
✔ Support HRIS systems and ensure employee data accuracy
✔ Coordinate HR processes related to payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✅ 6–7 years of relevant HR experience
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management / leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
✅ Proven experience managing HR teams and multiple HR functions
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
✅ MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
