About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Placement Coordinator who can bridge the gap between students and the industry. If you’re passionate about helping students launch their careers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication & relationship-building skills — we want to meet you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate placement-related activities across batches
- Build and maintain corporate relationships and drive outreach for internships & job opportunities
- Manage student grievances professionally and empathetically
- Maintain and organize placement and student-related data & reports
- Act as the communication bridge between students, companies, and internal teams
- Support students with interview readiness, resume reviews, and feedback
- Plan and Coordinate for Alumni Meetings and Events
- Support examination team with results of Placements/Communication Related Subjects
Note: THIS IS A FRESHER ROLE CANDIDATES WITH MORE THAN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.
✅ Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle student concerns tactfully
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data management tools, and Placement Management System
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in career counselling, training and development shall be appreciated.
