We're Hiring: Talent Manager (Influencer Manager) - Mumbai
📍 Location: Mumbai (Remote)

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with creators, understands internet culture, communicates with empathy, and thrives on building long-term relationships. If you're organised, commercially minded, and excited by the creator economy, we'd love to hear from you.
Role
As a Talent Manager, you'll work closely with our exclusive roster of creators, managing brand partnerships, career growth, and day-to-day business opportunities.
You'll be the bridge between creators, brands, and our internal team, ensuring every collaboration runs seamlessly while helping creators build sustainable, long-term careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of exclusive creators and be their primary point of contact
• Source, negotiate, and close brand partnerships
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners
• Coordinate campaign timelines, contracts, approvals, and deliverables
• Support creators with long-term growth opportunities and career planning
• Maintain deal pipelines, creator trackers, and operational systems
• Represent FirstLight and our creators across meetings and industry events
• Stay updated on creator economy trends and emerging talent
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or Creator Partnerships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple creators and priorities simultaneously
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Empathetic, patient, and confident working with creators
• Passion for social media, creators, marketing, and internet culture
