Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Hyderabad. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, administering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, tracking patient progress, and contributing to preventive health initiatives aligned with Bridge Health’s integrated care model.
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, including experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Proficiency in designing personalized rehabilitation plans, prescribing therapeutic exercises, and applying manual therapy and electrotherapy techniques.
- Ability to educate and motivate patients on lifestyle modification, posture correction, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Comfort working with digital health tools and electronic medical records in a technology-enabled care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered, inclusive, and non-judgmental approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Prior experience in preventive healthcare, community health programs, or integrated care settings is an advantage.
