Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional movement issues. Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical examinations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring progress over time. The role also involves educating clients on injury prevention, ergonomics, posture, and home exercise programs, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating care with other health and wellness professionals. The Physiotherapist will participate in case discussions, follow established clinical protocols, and contribute to a positive client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional license or registration as a Physiotherapist, in line with local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or sports-related conditions.
- Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, explaining treatment plans and progress in accessible language.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary health, wellness, or fitness environment and collaborating across teams.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and follow clinic processes reliably.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client-centred care, and ongoing professional development through courses or certifications.
- Prior experience in a clinical or fitness setting is preferred; experience with ergonomic assessments or workplace wellness programs is an advantage.
- Freshers are also invited to training, and SOP will be provided.
