Role Description The Physiotherapist at Crumaco will provide individualized assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programs to clients, focusing on improving functional movement, reducing pain, and enhancing performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical evaluations, designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, educating clients on posture, exercise, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications aligned with Crumaco’s science-based approach. Documentation of sessions, maintenance of accurate clinical records, and participation in internal training or workshops are also key components. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Professional expertise in physiotherapy, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Strong understanding of Kinesiology, Physiology, Exercise Science, and pain management principles.
- Ability to design and guide therapeutic exercise programs, including mobility, strength, and functional training.
- Skills in client education, clear communication, and building rapport with diverse individuals.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and integrate cross-disciplinary insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; relevant licenses or registrations as required.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or lifestyle-related physiotherapy is preferred.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical or performance setting in New Delhi and managing a consistent full-time caseload.
