Role Description The Physics Teacher role at LogicLeap is a full-time, remote position focused on teaching and mentoring
12th and 11th class students in Physics. In this role, the teacher designs and delivers engaging online lessons, explains fundamental and advanced concepts, and supports students in solving numerical and conceptual problems.
The teacher is responsible for preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, and using interactive teaching methods to make Physics accessible and enjoyable. Day-to-day tasks include conducting live classes or sessions, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching approaches to different learning styles. The teacher collaborates with other mentors and uses digital tools and platforms to maintain a supportive, learner-centered environment, with fresh graduates who meet the requirements encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational and applied knowledge in Physics and Physics Education.
- Ability to create clear, structured lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners.
- Comfort with Mathematics concepts relevant to school-level and introductory college-level Physics.
- Teaching skills that include explaining complex ideas simply, engaging students, and maintaining an inclusive classroom climate.
- Pursuing or have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, Science Education, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Patience, mentorship mindset, and a genuine interest in supporting student growth and curiosity.
