We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Secondary Teacher to inspire students through engaging, effective, and meaningful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
- Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
- Creative, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.
