Role Description
The Python Teacher role at HubbleHut is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Python Teacher will design and deliver structured Python programming lessons, including fundamentals, object-oriented concepts, and practical applications such as data handling and simple automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials and projects, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner progress through assignments and tests, and providing individualized feedback and support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align curriculum with industry requirements, maintaining organized records of learner performance, and continuously updating teaching content to reflect current Python best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, object-oriented programming, and commonly used libraries.
- Experience designing curricula or lesson plans and delivering technical training in classroom or bootcamp settings.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching learners, with a focus on practical, project-based learning and assessments.
- Familiarity with software development practices such as version control (Git), debugging, and basic testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or teaching are an advantage.
- Comfort working with diverse learner groups and adapting teaching style to different skill levels.
- Previous experience in education, corporate training, or EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
