Role Description The Physics Faculty NEET role at AVS Eduverse is a full-time, on-site position based in Baleshwar. The faculty member will plan and deliver concept-focused Physics lectures aligned with NEET requirements, design and review lesson plans, and create practice questions, assignments, and tests. Daily responsibilities include clarifying doubts, conducting problem-solving sessions, tracking student performance, and providing individualized academic support where needed. The role also involves coordinating with other faculty for integrated curriculum planning, preparing students for mock tests, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methods. The faculty is expected to maintain discipline in the classroom, uphold academic standards, and participate in parent or guardian interactions related to student progress.
Qualifications
- Strong command of core Physics concepts, with the ability to explain NEET-relevant topics clearly and systematically.
- Background in Physics Education and experience designing structured lesson plans, assessments, and exam-oriented preparation strategies.
- Solid foundation in Mathematics to support quantitative problem-solving and help students tackle numerically intensive Physics questions.
- Exposure to Theoretical Physics and related areas that enhance conceptual depth and analytical thinking for advanced learners.
- Awareness of Astronomy and related physical sciences to broaden students’ scientific perspective where relevant.
- Relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field); teaching experience in NEET or similar competitive exams is highly preferred.
- Effective classroom management, clear communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor students with diverse learning needs.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital resources to supplement classroom teaching and practice.
