Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities lessons to postgraduate students (PGT) in line with the institute’s curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that foster critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and capstone assignments, ensuring academic rigor and originality.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in accordance with institutional policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and professional development workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Humanities disciplines and integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as seminars, workshops, and cultural events to enrich the campus learning environment.
