🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🎤 Conduct Personality Development, Soft Skills & Communication training.
- 💼 Prepare students for HR Interviews, Group Discussions & Corporate Etiquette.
- 📄 Guide students in Resume Building, LinkedIn Profile & Career Readiness.
- 🤝 Conduct Mock Interviews and provide one-on-one mentoring.
- 🏢 Support Training & Placement activities and campus drives.
- 📊 Track student progress and placement readiness.
- 💡 Coordinate with technical trainers and the T&P team to improve employability.
✅ Requirements
- 🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate
- 🗣️ Excellent English communication & presentation skills.
- 👨🏫 5+ years of experience in Soft Skills/PD/Placement Training.
- 🌟 Passion for mentoring students and helping them build successful careers.
