We are looking for passionate and experienced English language educators to join our growing team. As an online teacher, you will work remotely, delivering customized one-on-one lessons that address each student’s individual needs and goals. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, with a supportive international team environment.
Note: Most students are based in Canada, so your teaching hours will align with Canadian time zones. Expect to work primarily between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM IST (overnight hours) and Evenings. Please apply only if you are comfortable working during these hours.
Responsibilities
• Conduct 1-on-1 online classes (IELTS / PTE / CELPIP) for students of varying levels and backgrounds
• Deliver demo classes and convert students to enrollments
• Design and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning goals
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
• Follow internal policies and guidelines
• Be open to teaching other English proficiency tests (e.g., CELPIP, TOEFL, PTE) if required
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or CELPIP (mandatory)
• IELTS score of 8.0+ (or equivalent proficiency in another recognized English test)
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone
• Quiet, distraction-free teaching environment
• Willingness to work late-night hours (12:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST)
Working Hours
• Mostly overnight / early mornings IST (aligned to Canadian Eastern Time)
• Minimum 5 hours of availability per working day required
• Part-time and full-time options available
Compensation
₹250 per class (each class is approximately 1 hour)

Per month, full-time (~24 days)
up to ₹48,000+
Actual monthly earnings depend on the number of classes you teach.
• Demo classes are paid at the same ₹250/class rate
• Paid hourly, based on classes actually taught, on the 5th of each month for the previous month’s work
