Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Sales)
Location: Maduravoyal, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth and increase online sales.
- Improve ROAS while reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Proven ability to scale profitable ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Analytical, creative, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage.
