Role Description
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to drive customer
acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in paid media, analytics, campaign optimization,
and marketing automation across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies
that align with the company's goals and objectives.
● Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
across various paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.),
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product,
and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
● Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance
of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.
● Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for
improvement.
● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously help brands optimize landing pages,
user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources
efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.
● Customer delight: And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for the highest form
of customer delight.
Qualifications
● 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
● Preferred experience in Ecommerce Industry
● Has previously handled a monthly budget of minimum 20 lacs.
● A good understanding of the principles and working of paid ads
● A creative mindset, contributing new ideas and able to interpret situations to overcome
challenges
● Proficient in articulating your ideas well and communicating to relevant stakeholders
● Great excel and analytical skills
Salary Range- Rs 10-11 LPA
