PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD
Google Ads | Meta Ads | ₹20L+ Budgets | Team & Client Leadership

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp and hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of campaign performance, high-budget accounts, team execution and client strategy.
This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, solve performance challenges and drive measurable business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy and performance across multiple client accounts.
• Manage and scale ₹20L+ monthly advertising budgets.
• Drive lead generation, CPL, lead quality, conversion and ROAS performance.
• Build and optimize Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and Meta campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and independently identify and solve performance issues.
• Lead, mentor and review the work of Performance Marketers.
• Set campaign strategy, optimization standards and performance processes for the team.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Creative Teams and senior leadership.
• Handle client strategy discussions, performance reviews and escalations.
• Identify scaling opportunities and ensure efficient budget utilization.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 6–8 years of digital marketing agency experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Experience leading or mentoring Performance Marketers.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS and Lead Quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and leadership ability.
• Real Estate, Healthcare, B2B or Education experience is a plus.
• Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
• Comfortable working from office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
