🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern
At Beyond Goofy, we work with ambitious brands to build, scale and optimise their digital growth through performance marketing.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “learn marketing” — but wants to actually work on campaigns, analyse data, test ideas and understand what makes an ad perform.
What you’ll work on
- Plan advertising budgets and contribute to media strategies
- Build, manage and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work on digital marketing strategies for our clients
- Research audiences, creatives, competitors and market trends
- Work closely with the team to test new ideas, creatives and campaign approaches
- Learn how performance marketing works across different industries and business models
Who are we looking for?
Someone who understands that marketing is both science and art.
You should be:
- Curious about why some ads work and others don't
- Comfortable looking at numbers and making decisions from data
- Creative enough to think beyond what has already been done
- Eager to experiment, test and learn
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Requirements
- Prior internship experience in FinTech, D2C or HealthTech is preferred
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work from office
📍 Location: 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000/month
