About SpeedRadio
SpeedRadio is a network for spoken ideas. Built for how people actually listen today.
We took voice out of long podcasts, rambling notes, and closed rooms, and turned it into something fast, social, and discoverable. One minute at a time.
This is not background audio. It is a high signal, short form voice that travels. Ideas, perspectives, and people moving through a feed, not buried in episodes.
We exist to make voice work like modern media should. Immediate. Shareable. Algorithmically discovered. Something you can dip into anywhere and still come away with something that sticks.
At SpeedRadio, we optimize for clarity, pace, and impact. No filler. No hierarchy of who gets heard. Just ideas competing on merit, carried by voice.
And everyone building this reflects that. How we communicate, how we ship, how we show up externally. The product is the behaviour.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who has actually run and optimized paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
This is an execution-focused role. You will build campaigns, launch ads, test creatives, analyze performance, and continuously improve acquisition.
You will work closely with the growth, product, and creative teams to figure out what gets people to discover, install, and use SpeedRadio.
You don't need to be very senior. You do need to know what you're doing.
If you enjoy experimenting, looking at numbers, finding what works, and turning that into better results, this will suit you.
If you are looking for a role where you simply receive campaigns and execute instructions, this will not.
What You Will Own
Campaign Ownership
- End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Take campaigns from planning and setup through launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Own campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, bidding, creatives, and performance.
- Make data-driven decisions on where to increase, reduce, or reallocate spend.
Creative & Testing
- Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-focused video, image, Reel, and other ad creatives.
- Test different hooks, concepts, messaging, formats, audiences, and creatives.
- Identify winning creatives and understand why they work.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas instead of relying on the same campaigns.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, retention, and ROAS.
- Identify performance drops and take corrective action quickly.
- Optimize campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and scale what works.
- Analyze campaign and user data to understand where users are coming from and how they behave after acquisition.
- Maintain a clear view of acquisition costs and campaign-level performance.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and maintain campaign tracking and conversion events.
- Work with tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Ensure campaign data is accurate and actionable.
Product & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering teams from campaign planning through execution.
- Translate product features and user insights into marketing experiments.
- Share campaign learnings with the product and creative teams.
- Challenge assumptions and contribute ideas on how SpeedRadio can acquire and retain more users.
Delivery & Reporting
- Launch campaigns quickly without compromising tracking or quality.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and respond to performance changes.
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days
- Understand SpeedRadio, its product, audience, acquisition funnel, and existing campaigns.
- Understand the current tracking setup and performance benchmarks.
- Take ownership of existing Meta and Google campaigns.
- Identify immediate opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Within 90 days
- Independently manage SpeedRadio's paid acquisition campaigns.
- Establish a consistent process for creative and audience testing.

Within 6 months
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end.
- Drive measurable improvements in user acquisition and acquisition efficiency.
- Build a repeatable system for testing and scaling campaigns.
What You Will Own
- Hands-on execution—you should be comfortable inside Ads Manager, not just talking about it.
- Curiosity about why something worked, not just whether it worked.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
- Ownership of results, not just campaign setup.
- Good judgment when working with budgets.
- Clear communication and proactive collaboration.
What This Is NOT
- A social media posting role.
- A role where your primary responsibility is simply boosting posts.
- A role where someone else sets up every campaign and you only monitor it.
- A role where reports are created without understanding the numbers behind them.
- A role for someone who knows marketing theory but has never managed real campaigns.
Technical Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
- Strong practical experience running campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, or App campaigns.
- Experience with video and short-form advertising.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, audiences, bidding, and optimization.
- Experience working with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Firebase.
- Experience with mobile app acquisition is highly preferred.
- Experience working with consumer apps, startups, social products, or other high-growth products is a strong advantage.
