Are you ready to scale exciting e-commerce brands with data, creativity, and smart tools? We’re a fast-growing Dubai-based marketing agency looking for a full-time performance marketer to join our remote team. Please do not apply if you're a freelancer.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Tiktok , snapchat and Google Ads
✅ Solid background working with e-commerce brands (fashion, fitness, food = big plus)
✅ Knows Shopify analytics inside and out – you don’t just report, you act on insights
✅ Collaborates well with creative teams – video editors, designers, and copywriters
✅ Brings strategic ideas to the table to make ads not just perform, but convert
✅ Keeps up with AI tools that help boost ad performance and ROAS
✅ Has their own laptop and a reliable remote work setup
✅ Growth mindset – always testing, learning, and leveling up
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Running paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Tiktok , snapchat and Google Ads
• Targeting the right customers, improving ROAS, and scaling winning ads
• Working with creatives to produce high-converting ad content
• Reporting weekly on performance using Shopify and ad platform analytics
• Collaborating with clients to share results, learnings, and next steps
