About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and focused on driving leads, sales, and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and events.
- Improve website conversion rates through performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
