We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads Specialist)
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Are you passionate about creating high-performing Google Ads campaigns and delivering measurable results?
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads Specialist) to join our growing team. If you have hands-on agency experience managing multiple client accounts and are driven by performance metrics, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Demand Gen).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
- Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (basic), and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and account managers to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.
