Role Description The Performance Marketer role at White Bunnie is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising accounts, conducting keyword and audience research, setting up and tracking campaigns, and analyzing data to improve return on ad spend and conversion rates. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with the design, development, and content teams to create aligned landing pages and marketing assets, while preparing regular performance reports and recommendations. This role also involves staying updated on industry trends, testing new strategies and tools, and contributing to overall digital growth objectives for client accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing domains such as paid search (PPC), paid social, and display advertising, with experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major ad networks.
- Proficiency in analytics and optimization, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards, as well as familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, budgeting, bidding, and campaign planning aligned with business goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, and development teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and user experience with performance objectives.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, present insights clearly, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment and familiarity with web design and development workflows is beneficial.
