Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatrician role based at Shree Parshvanath Jain Hospital in Beawar. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, growth and developmental assessments, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role involves counseling families on nutrition, hygiene, preventive care, and developmental milestones, as well as providing emergency care when required. The Pediatrician will collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to pediatric patients
- Strong foundation in Pediatrics, including diagnosis and management of common childhood conditions
- Knowledge and experience in Neonatology for the care of newborns and infants
- Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed pediatric residency or diploma/degree in Pediatrics
- Valid medical license/registration as required by local regulatory authorities
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and families in a respectful, clear, and empathetic manner
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Willingness to participate in hospital duties, emergency coverage, and continuing medical education
